Generally, I don't agree with most of Chloe's fashion choices, but I love this dress! It's flirty, Summery, flattering, bold yet sweet. Everything a little sun dress should be! I also like how she down plays her accessories so not to overwhelm the eye. What do you think: Pretty and Playful or Orange Overdose?

it is very nice. if you were her escort, the two of you could sneak off and you wouldn't have too much trouble lifting it up for a quickie.
