First off, love the shoes, love the bag...
Not loving the sheer dark tights with the pastel pink dress. I feel like Kylie can do sexy like nobody's business, but she might be a touch too old for cutesy.

I'm usually all for "acting your age," but Kylie's got too vibrant of an energy to stop her from wearing young fashions. I say, go for it!
don't like it...at all! And I love Kylie.
Kylie has a great body and looks great with anything she wears but I agree white shoes were not her best choice.
